8.        Web site page - charge for ads (sponsor stuff)  ex mtg co - always work towards having your web site paid for or be a profit center

9.        Make sure your sites load quickly

12.     Email newsletter

13.     Reboot daily IF you are using win95 or win98 or ME

14.     Server space at fast location - with at least 50 meg of space

15.     Make sure they come back to your site

17.     Put email on all signs *********ex:go to sold.@risa.net   or go to -  risa.net   Any word with the dot before your email will work!!!!!!!!!!!!

18.     Web address on EVERYTHING

19.     Protect your network -could mean use passwords

21.     Legal aspects of internet marketing   - READ the “white” papers 

22.     Web marketing package  - have one - include your web marketing efforts in your listing presentation

23.     Down load your web site to use it off line

24.     Auto responders

25.     Use your direct mail marketing to get them to your website -create a quarterly direct mail/web site marketing campaign

26.     Site management – you do it or hire someone to

27.     Become a frequent visitor to your own site

28.     Offer service not ads – respect the IEC
